This individual will be responsible for leading employees to achieve efficient results, ensuring safety on the work site and overseeing the workmanship of the team members.
We are seeking an individual with a demonstrated ability to motivate employees, excellent customer service skills, a history of working well with others, the confidence to lead a team of 4-6 and has the ability to make decisions quickly.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of work hours using our phone app.
Supervise employees and delegate responsibilities to others.
Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
Communicate with supervisors any issues that arise.
Provide top quality care to client property Identify and resolve issues with landscape, or notify manager of issues We are growing and providing many oppurtunities for our team members to grow with us.
This position is open for a leader looking to take on a large property that is well known for being well maintained.
This person must have a demonstarted ability to maintain a large property that requires detail attention and oversee a crew of 4 to 6.
