The applicant should be proficient with technology and willing to work remotely and in person.
Ideal candidates should excel at efficiency, organization, and problem-solving.
The responsibilities would be varied, such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, emailing, texts, etc.

Personal tasks can include running errands, scheduling family appointments, and shopping.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences Plan and schedule appointments and meetings Provide administrative support Communicate with customers Manage appointments and scheduling with outside contractors Process payments for invoices as instructed Schedule family appointments Manage personal and business calendars
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter and able to handle tasks without constant direction Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (including household / family management) Ability to work efficiently while prioritizing and multitasking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Must be willing to complete a background check and credit history PREFERRED:
bachelor's degree in any field Approximately 10 hours per week on a set and consistent schedule.
Hours will be set during normal business hours and the same time week-to-week but are flexible to accommodate the schedule of the assistant.
Approximately 75% will be virtual.
