We are seeking a skilled Property Operations Technician to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Drive to and from assigned properties Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests Prep units that come up for auction Add and remove overlocks for delinquent tenants Clean out units and dispose of abandoned goods Complete task list provided by manager Maintain professional appearance of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures Oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.
) Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs The predominant aspect of this role will involve working in an outdoor setting.
Qualifications:
Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.
) A positive, self-starter attitude Possession of a valid Drivers' License and clean driving record Reliable and excellent time management skills Basic mechanical and computer skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Physical Demands:
Driving is an essential function of this position Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally Job Type:
