00pm Job Overview Provides spiritual care to all staff, patients, and their caregivers in a manner that is consistent with openness to pastoral care and their belief system.
Provides spiritual resources for the support of COH patients, their families, and staff.
Provides spiritual counseling, conducting worship services.
Demonstrates an understanding of the issues surrounding grief, suffering, and life stages that encourages as open expression of thoughts and feelings.
Coordinates the efforts of the pastoral care staff in the absence of the Director.
Provides guidance to stakeholders and student interns.
Ensures that all patients are contacted by prioritizing visits.
Contacts patients, their families, and staff in chaplain's assigned area.
Responds to all on-call crisis, code blue, and death pages in a timely manner.
Assists families through the death of their loved one.
Assists patients, their family, and staff with Advance Directives.
Places completed Advance Directives in patients' chart within 24 hours.
Completes daily tracking and other paperwork related to work assignments in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
Education/Experience Level Completion of Masters in Divinity preferred Master in Divinity coursework in progress minimum 2-3 years pastoral care experience Pay Range $23.

56 Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.
