6pm-3:
30am Mon-Fri What you'll do:
Build Relationships with Client managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings.
Solicit their input of hourly associate performance and department concerns.
Provide them the guidance and support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.
Coordinate and manage Orientation and day one check ins.
Lead the warehouse floor to ensure people are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right things.
Motivate the team to achieve their daily productivity and quality goals, set the pace for all Integrity associates and team members at your location.
Issue disciplinary action, when needed, up to and including termination.
(Client feedback, request) Partner with our HR and Safety teams to ensure our associates work in a safe work environment.
Create, investigate documents and follow up on safety cases Process daily payroll (and ensure client approval) Recruiting experience preferred Must be willing and able to complete all job functions within established deadlines (as established by your Manager) on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Work onsite at client's warehouse Provide performance feedback and disciplinary action, including terminations, for hourly associates Maintain open door policy with hourly associates, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, active listening of concerns and issues raised, escalating issues as appropriate, maintaining confidential conversations.
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or GED 2
years of recruiting or supervisory experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
Process information and operate internal systems accurately; can use Outlook and Excel proficiently.
Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including overtime and weekends Team player Ability to multitask Must be willing to work onsite daily - no remote work opportunity Must pass background check and drug testing prior to start OPENCORP OPENCLER Integrity CB1 SAJ XLR8Salary:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
