Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Answer telephones in a pleasant manner.
Greet clients entering the dealership, providing information and assistance.
Take messages and/or transfer or direct calls to the appropriate individual or department.
Perform a variety of clerical duties such as preparing/typing documents, filing, and/or copying.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist experience preferred.
Computer knowledge and skills to handle multiple phone lines effectively.
Basic automotive knowledge and skills would be advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
The receptionist role involves both sitting and standing for extended periods.
The candidate should be able to lift light objects, such as files or paperwork.
Additionally, the receptionist must have adequate vision and hearing to handle phone calls and greet clients effectively.
