Summary:
The Security Manager will have oversight of the administration and operations of the ICS security team.
At the direction of the Contract Manager, the Security Manager will supervise general security operations and will assist with contract administration, scheduling, training coordination, logistical support, discipline, notifications to Corporate entities including the 24/7 Security Operations Center, budgeting, expenditures, procurement, and contract modifications/additions.

Responsibilities:
Meets requirements of all subordinate security positions Owns relationship with location Activities directly affect customer satisfaction Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of location, including:
Ensures that security staff meets all requirements, including certifications and licensing mandates Schedules personnel to support site operations Effectively communicates staffing needs to main office Assists recruiters in identifying, interviewing, and hiring quality security candidates Develops staff in both technical and professional skills, including ongoing refresher training for all guarders throughout calendar year as well as tracking such training Evaluates effectiveness of security staff response, knowledge, and competency, including providing feedback on employee performance reviews and evaluations Periodically review post orders and recommend improvements, including administering Supplier's site safety program Ensures accurate and timely execution of administrative reporting Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices in the security industry.

Experience:
